LarrEtude: a 3 month study group in dance improvisation

Larret en Mouvement has put in place a new pedagogical-research format: A 3 month (2 sessions of 6 weeks) residential study-training program in dance improvisation. The program will take place in Larret, Saint Saud Lacoussière 24470, France (larret-a-venir.fr). The program combines master classes, labs, sharing of practices and the accompanied development of personal projects. LarrEtude, as its name suggests, is a container for a collective study (Etude in French). Though it includes classes and workshops, the central tenets of the program are individual and horizontal collective spaces of research and mutual enrichment.

The program is fully residential (communal living) and will integrate with the ongoing collective life and work in Larret (cooking, gardening, care for the place..).
